Learn Spanish, French, or Chinese

Make me a language learning app. it will start with the user signing up, and then they will choose between Spanish, French, or Chinese. Fill each language with 10 levels of varied lessons 1 being easy and 10 being advanced. Each level will have 10 different types of lessons some being regular quizzes, some being fill in the blank and some being matching. the app will track the progress of each user as they go through the journey of completing the app. Make it look like Duolingo.
